Numeric Analysis at Elevated Therapy International
I thought it would be both interesting and fun to have an area here at Elevated Therapy
for the ancient art of Numerology.
Numerology is the study of numbers and their meanings. This subject is based on the belief
that the name you were given at birth and the day, month and year you were born,
influence who you are and trends during the course of your lifetime.
Several psychics and spiritual people say that there is a calling into life -- at the moment
of conception -- based on that numerological value or, encoding.
The name you are given at birth, is somehow known to the parent/person who names you and,
the numerological equation will add to that specific vibratory rate... even to the name
(which is different) of your higher self.
History:
Numerology is an ancient tradition that has attracted the interest of many of civilisation's greatest minds.
There is evidence that numerology was in use thousands of years ago in China, Greece, Rome and Egypt, long before the time of Pythagoras, the philosopher and mathematician,
who lived and taught in Greece during the sixth century B.C.
He is extensively accepted as the 'father' of mathematics.
Although little can be confirmed about Pythagoras directly, his teachings seeded a philosophical and religious movement -- called Pythagorism -- that spread throughout the Classical World.
Most of the earliest teachings were transmitted orally, but only to those initiated.
This was because the information was considered both sacred and potent.
His belief, that reality is mathematical, that order is created out of chaos through numbers,
is the principle on which numerology is founded. Numerologists believe that everything,
including abstract concepts, can be converted into numbers and that those numbers have
specific meanings.
By finding the number value of any word or name, you can discover its hidden
significance and meaning.
The teachings of Pythagoras were taken up by Plato and later reinforced by the writings
found in the Jewish Kabbalah.
Continued interest by early Christian scholars, such as St. Augustine, led to the prevalent use of numerology during the Renaissance. At that time, everyone from the highly influential
down to the ordinary country-folk accepted numerology.
Modern numerologists have adopted the original Pythagorean system. It is a simple system
that assigns a number value, from one to nine, to every letter of the alphabet: A = 1, B = 2, C = 3,
and so on right down to Z.
Marital name changes are not the basis for the numerology chart. They are however,
an enhancement to the birth-name. So, they are also important... unless you no longer utilise it.
In standard mathematical addition, you add the numbers until you achieve the correct answer,
i.e. 9+7=16. In numerology however, there is also the use of the Fadic system as well,
or natural addition which means that you keep adding two or more numbers together until you
reach a single digit although special rules would be implemented to certain double digits
known as Master Numbers. With these numbers, you do not do this. (See below).
Using the same example of 9 + 7 = 16, numerology asks you to add the 16 - 1 and 6 -
for a final answer of 7. You must then know what each number from 1-9 signifies. (See below)
Write down the Alphabet and then number each of the 26 letters from A to Z giving A the number 1, right down to I which will be 9. J will be 1 again and so on. The letter Z will be number 8.
Add up the numbers of your first name. For example Elevated will be 5, 3, 5, 4, 1, 2, 5, 4,
The total of these numbers is 29. Now add 2+9=11 which is in fact one of the Master Numbers.
Do the same with your second name. For example Therapy will be 2, 8, 5, 9, 1, 7, 7,
the total of these numbers is 39. Now add 3+9=12. This is not a Master Number, so add 1+2=3
The Numbers for Elevated Therapy are 11 and 3. Now if your two numbers are other than Master Numbers you would need to add these two numbers to each other. For example ?+3=?
In the case of Elevated Therapy, one would need to read both the interpretations for 11 and 3.
This is because 11 is a Master Number.
If the first number for Elevated was 2, then it would be 2+3=5.
We would then read the interpretation for Number 5.
Have you read the interpretations for Elevated Therapy? - it`s interesting!!
